A thorough and complete home inspection will usually take from two to four hours on average to conduct, and the report and color photos will be printed on site before the inspector leaves. We discuss the inspection findings with the client in detail, and take the time needed to answer all questions and address any concerns. We welcome and encourage client attendance at the home inspection, but can arrange to deliver the report and related photos by email if needed.
